Nowadays, children like to play with plasticine. After using it a few times, the newly bought plasticine will dry and become hard, so children don't like to play anymore. How can we restore the softness of the rubber putty?

1. Cover a wet towel with dry rubber putty, it won't take half a day, and it can be used again.

2. Use a small brush dipped in water to brush on the surface of the clay, a small amount can be used multiple times.

3. Put the plasticine in a fresh-keeping bag and soak it in warm water for half a day to soften it.

4. Spray some water on the clay first, then cover it with a lid and let it sit in the sun for a day, it will soften. If it doesn't work, repeat the above steps a few more times.

5. You can add some cooking oil appropriately and then add water, which may have a better effect.

6. First, add a small amount of water and knead. If it is still dry, add a little more water and knead. Repeat this process for about 20 minutes until it becomes soft.

7. Put the plasticine in the mouth of a hot water bottle and steam it with water, then knead it thoroughly. It's best to remove the excessively dry skin;

8. Perhaps the colored clay (rubber clay) will fade when it comes into contact with water, but by rubbing the water vapor into the clay, the color on your hands will return to the surface after kneading!

9. Spray water with a small nozzle, wrap it with plastic wrap, and it will soften after a period of time.

10. Lay a layer of plastic paper on the table, press the plasticine into thin sheets, then sprinkle water on top and let it sit for a moment.
